The RESPECT-tool is developed to help healthcare professionals and patients elicit and integrate personal goals into a pharmacist-led medication review. Together with patients, relatives and pharmacists, the RESPECT-tool will be finalized for use in community pharmacy and nursing homes. The tool will also be tested as part of a pharmacist-led medication review. This way, we aim to improve the person-centeredness of medication decision-making and medication use by patients.
