Rinus-Pini (Fund)
The Rinus-Pini Fund has two missions: psychological assistance to families in case of emergency interventions or death of a child and protection of the cheetahs.
What is it about?
The Fund Rinus-Pini was set up in response to the greatest imaginable human loss: that of a son, a brother, a grandchild, a nephew, a friend: Rinus - Pini for those who love him.
Physical medical care is of the highest level in Europe. On the other hand, family and psychological assistance in hospitals and emergency rooms is still in its infancy, partly due to a lack of financial resources. The Fund Rinus-Pini wants to ensure that the psychological care of parents and relatives of children who stay or die in intensive care can be provided in an appropriate environment and that this assistance can be further professionalised and structurally developed.
In addition, the Fund also wants to work for the protection of cheetahs, which are threatened with extinction.
