Research on Parkinson’s Disease at Flemish universities and research centres in Belgium
What is it about?
Joint call of the Funds Druwé-Eerdekens, Van Ael, Herman & Paula Meurisse et Jacqueline Cigrang, managed by the King Baudouin Foundation, and the Vlaamse Parkinson Liga to support fundamental research projects aimed at improving the understanding of the pathophysiological mechanisms contributing to the development and progression of Parkinson's disease (including parkinsonism). Projects submitted should offer a perspective on research into disease-modulating treatments.
Who is it for?
Researchers and health professionals in Flanders and Brussels with a demonstrated interest and scientific track record in Parkinson’s disease. The applicant has obtained at least a doctoral degree.
