What is it about?
The Dr Daniël De Coninck Fund invests in accessible, high-quality, humane primary care. It aims to improve the health and quality of life of everyone who needs care and support in the home situation and to support care and welfare professionals.
The Fund provides an important stimulus for the development of future-oriented, integrated, strong primary care for everyone. Local, regional, national and international initiatives are all eligible for a contribution from the Fund.
