Audit Committee
Audits the balance sheet, profit and loss account and financial report.
Mission
The Audit Committee assists the King Baudouin Foundation’s Board of Governors in controlling the balance sheet, the profit and loss account and the financial report. The Committee provides information to third parties and participates in the internal supervision of the financial reports. It also oversees the efficacy of the Foundation’s internal systems of control and risk management.
Composition
The Audit Committee includes at least three members of the Board of Governors, who are appointed for a mandate of four years.
