It offers computer and life skills training, referrals to further education, training and employment opportunities as well as after care support. It also tracks its beneficiaries to ensure of programmatic intervention make relevant impact.

YoungPeople@Work also operates a Youth Business Network providing support to emerging youth owned businesses from survival to thriving.
