CEEM V/C Ecole Kanura pour les aveugles

This project is submitted by the Kanura school for visually impaired children located in Gihanga, Burundi in collaboration with the Belgian non-profit organization "Menya Media International". It consists of the creation, within the school, of a music academy, the first in the region. This academy will allow, through the courses given and the activities organized, to develop the musical activities, already well in place, of the visually impaired children of the school and which will open it, even more, to the children of the surroundings.

The general objective is to contribute, thus, to the reinforcement of the integration of disabled children in the Burundian society and to the reinforcement of their place as active citizens participating in the cultural and social development of their country.
