Support to victims of the conflict in the Middle East (Giving Circle)
Support to victims of the conflict in the Middle East.
What is it about?
The hostilities that escalated in late 2023 between Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories have now also reached Lebanon. The escalation of violence has caused significant damage, resulted in tens of thousands of innocent victims and more than a million displaced people and triggered a major humanitarian crisis. On the ground as well as in neighboring countries, the needs for medical support, food, and logistical aid continue to grow.
Deeply affected by this tragedy, the King Baudouin Foundation expresses its support for the victims and bereaved families, whoever they may be.
To assist the victims of the conflict in the Middle East, the King Baudouin Foundation has created a Donors Circle to collect donations to support the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). The IFRC supports displaced people in Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan, and Syria.
