Panah will work on new initiatives like future oriented trainings and aims to engage the women victims of violence in such trainings, which can help them in their transition back to their communities.

Panah will also conduct short training courses for residents of the shelter on women’s rights, sexual and reproductive health and rights, first aid, and health and hygiene. Moreover, Panah’s staff at all levels from security guards to program staff will be trained on gender sensitization and counseling to enable a more supportive environment for its residents
