Rema proposes to improve the quality of medical decisions in Africa by:

Interconnecting health professionals practicing in Africa and thus facilitating the transfer of medical knowledge between territories.
Breaking the professional isolation of health care workers in Africa.

This will lead to improving patient care, reducing losses due to medical errors and ensuring better local and international medical coordination in case of epidemics or health emergencies.
