The Kids Foundation Friends Fund supports students at Arellano High School and Torres High School in Manila, Philippines.
The Fund pays for tuition, uniforms, food and transportation for students from less privileged and/or broken families. Each school year, over a thousand students are given the opportunity to continue their education.
This tangible support is a successful form of empowerment and helps youth find employment and break the cycle of poverty.
All donations are entirely for the benefit of the students. Local volunteers - often former scholarship recipients themselves - are responsible for selection and follow-up.
