Financial Committee

Determines and monitors the investment strategy for the Foundation's capital.


The King Baudouin Foundation and its Board of Governors are assisted by a Financial Committee, which defines the strategy for the investment of the Foundation’s capital and oversees its investments. The Financial Committee is in turn assisted by specialist companies.


The Financial Committee comprises a Chair and three members, appointed by the Board of Governors for five years (with a renewable mandate). The upper age limit for Finance Committee members is 67.
