Support
€ 439,605This project explores and evaluates the implementation potential of Verslavingskoepel Kempen's unique approach to addiction support, emphasizing collaborative frameworks and continuity of care across informal, primary, and secondary sectors. The model involves voluntary mentors, known as 'stabilized addicts,' guiding individuals to support groups and professional partners. The project aims to determine the program's reach, document its effectiveness drivers, map potential side effects, and inventory conditions for extension. Additionally, it will monitor the program's rollout in Noord-Limburg, gaining insight into its potential reach, assessing success rates, and evaluating the current approach. Data will be collected from various stakeholders for both quantitative and qualitative analysis. The project, spanning four years, will produce scientific papers, informal communications, and a PhD dissertation, contributing to understanding regional differences in implementation.
