Agnes Demuynck (Fund)
Strengthen children's rights, especially of young domestic workers, and fight life-threatening diseases (leprosy, TB, leishmaniasis) in the countries of the South.
What is it about?
The Fund's primary objective is to strengthen and encourage the responsibility, initiative and rights of (mainly) children who perform domestic work in the countries of the South. The priority is to support the National Domestic Workers' Movement founded by Sister Jeanne Devos in India.
In addition, the Fund also wants to contribute to the fight against life-threatening diseases in Asia, Africa and Central and South America, in particular leprosy, tuberculosis and leishmaniasis. In this area, the Fund will primarily support projects of Action Damien.
