Coelio (Friends of Fund)

The Fund was founded on the initiative of philanthropic friends. They use their own network and the network around Coelio, to collect donations. The funds collected are used to financially support various projects of Coelio. The social purpose of the organization is to promote the development of digestive and laparoscopic surgery. It can carry out activities such as: organizing educational work, scientific meetings, conferences, ensuring the publication of any scientific article, setting up surgical centers dedicated to minimally invasive surgery, undertaking humanitarian actions for patients in difficult situations. The organization focuses on medical-surgical institutions in emerging countries, especially in the Democratic Republic of Congo, with patients in difficulty for humanitarian reasons.
