Clinic+O (European Friends Fund)

International

Clinic O provides primary care to marginalised communities in West Africa. Their medical team treats patients as needed via telemedicine, home visits and mass consultations.

What is it about?

Clinic+O was launched with the vision of building technology-enabled healthcare solutions in West Africa where more than 100 million people lack access to primary care.

Our platform is the first in Guinea and much of the region to convene all healthcare providers and patients on a unified system. By training and connecting all stakeholders in the primary care system using accessible mobile technology, Clinic+O can bridge inefficiencies and gaps in care and will reduce cost for patients while improving their health and wellbeing. The more users we attract the more value is returned to everyone.

By using Clinic+O's platform and services,

-The patients will gain access to a primary care network that can deliver both virtual and in person care to identify and address the majority of treatable health conditions.

-The community Healthcare Workers will perform outreach and onboarding in marginalized communities to ensure that patients have access to diagnosis, treatment, and follow up

-The clinicians access initial assessments and demographic information for patients and can provide diagnosis and prescriptions for lab exams and medication that is recorded and shared electronically with all stakeholders

-The government, NGO, and Corporate partners gain a data-driven understanding of health conditions, and a means of providing subsidies that is secure and traceable.
