The King Baudouin Foundation and European Policy Centre offer two fellowships to support Ukrainian think-tanks
The King Baudouin Foundation (KBF) in partnership with the European Policy Centre (EPC) are seeking to support Ukrainian civil society following Russia’s invasion of the country.
They are creating two paid fellowships for staff at Ukrainian think-tanks to permit them to continue their activities in exile and to ensure that the voice of democratic Ukraine endures. The fellowship is initially limited to one year. The fellows will be hosted by the EPC in Brussels.
The Fellowships are open to any Ukrainian working for a Ukrainian think-tank that is committed to evidence-based research and democratic values. Applicants will be expected to work on the effects and implications of Putin's war of aggression for Ukraine, Europe, the European Union and/or a new world order. Possible areas of specific focus include: Ukrainian foreign and security policy; EU-Ukraine relations; energy security; energy transition; disinformation; and the role of civil society.
With this initiative, the KBF and EPC aim to ensure that the voices of a democratic Ukraine continue to be heard and supported.
