Targeting 3D chromatin architecture as a new therapeutic avenue/opportunity for in Ewing sarcoma
2023
Liège
3D Chromatin architecture is a defining feature of cell identity and regulation of chromatin architecture has been recently described to underlie tumorgenicity processes. Ewing Sarcoma is a pediatric cancer caused by the ESW::FLI1 oncogenic protein, arising from the fusion of 2 genes responsible for driving the cancer phenotype. This proposal aim to pave the way towards the exploration of the role of EWS::FLI1-driven 3D-chromatin structure in EwS sarcomagenesis and its therapeutic potential.
